Most my responsibilities was Greeting Customers and answering the phone. Along with Greeting the Customers I would ring up their purchase and explain all the Daily/Weekly Specials. I would inform all customers of the VIP plans the Car Wash had. I did all the Retail purchasing from many different Vendors. I did training for all new employees on the Micro Logic system.I worked at the 2 locations that they had. Westbury NY and East Northport, NY

My responsibilities as a Shipping clerk was pulling and packing customer special orders. While maintaining an accurate inventory. My responsibilities as a Production Assistant had me working with many different departments. I had to maintain all the Custom Matches by keeping all flooring and paperwork files organized, neat and updated.Once a Custom Match was approved I would enter all new parts into the Epicore system. This process had multiple steps before it could became a Finished product (SKU) in system.I entered the Tracking Number on all the Bill of Ladiings for all the Outgoing Shipments.

My responsibilities was to prepare the Bill of Ladings for all outgoing shipments.I had to enter all the Incoming orders and warehouse transfers of all the Finished Products.We had a few "Out of State" warehouses that we had to make sure the correct product was shipped to the correct customers. Along with all the shipping and receiving into these "Out of State" warehouse I had to make sure the Inventory was accurate. If there were any discrepancies I would have to reconcile.I had to hire many outside Trucking companies to help keep Freight costs down. While making sure I was receiving the Best price and Transit time. We used Refrigerated and Non-refrigerated trucks from all over the USAI had worked with the Accounting department with Billing the Customers (Invoicing), Accounts Payable, Payroll and some other Bookkeeping functionsI was also trained to make all the labels for all the Finished Products.

I was the Warehouse Manager for 2 locations, Westbury NY (a 35,000 square foot) and Union Square NYC (75,000 square foot). I was involved with the complete Store set-up of all selling merchandise.I supervised over 25 people with the unloading of all incoming trucks while overseeing the Receiving of all the product. When there was any discrepancies I would have to work with the Vendors to fix tthem.I worked when they were shorthanded and worked in the Cash Office.

My responsibilities was to enter all the Purchase orders, Receiving Memos, SKU's, and UPC codes for all Merchandise using Profits computer software.I oversaw the Distribution of all merchandise to the 11 locations.I did all the training for the Point of Sale at the store level.Before there were computers in the stores I had to enter all the Sales tickets and Mailing List information in a Main Computer.I assisted in all phases of BookkeeperI had to create the Tickets for all the new merchandiseI was involved with all the Physical Inventories (counting, entering and reconciling)
