Led the business case development of major projects including telecommunications and agricultural infrastructure. Engaged with key Government stakeholders and defined the Governance framework. • Delivered an Agribusiness forum with over 100 participants, facilitating cross-Government collaboration. Developed the program and performed the role of MC. • Led a business development assessment into the renewable energy industry in WA, identifying significant opportunities for Government and private sector investment.• Hosted international delegations promoting our regional investment opportunities.• Chaired the Staff Recognition Committee to acknowledgement high performing staff who contributed to the Department’s strategic and business goals whilst displaying the Department’s values.
