Working within Ceridian Lifeworks division, I managed corporate client relationships supporting over 130,000 employees globally.Working directly with key stakeholders, I was Globally responsible for strategic development and ensuring that true business partnership was achieved across my entire client base. Partnering across cross functional teams and ensuring that clear cohesive direction was shared to achieve maximum benefits were generated for my clients across varying business units Globally.

 Generating new business relationships, through clear communication and extensive knowledge both for the needs of my clients & Ceridian’s service portfolio. For me it is simple, I care about my clients and listen to their needs. Through a Consultative approach, I work closely with internal teams to ensure that we can deliver on the right solution to support my clients needs.

My job role required me to develop and sustain over 360 accounts within Scotland and Northern Ireland in a highly competitive market; both face-to-face and via the phone.I developed my portfolio of accounts from £100k to £6m in the first 12 months through account development and new business achieved via cold-calling and lead conversion.I was trained in the GE methods and processes and through utilising these I consistently over-achieved target.I would regularly visit clients to negotiate contractual commitments, usually in excess of £1m, and conducted contract renewals for larger clients; Glenvarigill Group & Parks Group.Through a company restructure in 2005, and I was also responsible for developing and training new Account Managers on the GE product set, business development and best practices. I developed best practice techniques for CPI Sales and implemented these with the UK Sales Team and Senior Management.Main Achievements Won National Sales Award for developing my accounts from an annual income of £100k to £6m over 12 months.  Consistently over-achieving target for both income and CPI. During a Debit Back initiative, I collected £27000 of debt from dealers that no longer had a business relationship with G.E. As I collected the most debt in the North Region, I was involved in sharing best practices with a New Debit Back Department based in Glasgow.
