YES is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to teach youth and young adults ages 16-24 the skills needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment, and to offer programs that help young people improve their employability, career choices, and quality of life.Significant accomplishments include:• Increased net income from $1,721 to $96,022 (5,479%) by managing expenditures and all revenue streams• By overseeing all aspects of fundraising efforts, fundraising revenue increased 107% ($272,837 to $482,144) o Donor stewardship—grew and established donor relationships, which resulted in new dollars raised for the org o Increased grant income from $134,415 to $340,000 (153%) by sustaining and building new relationships with funders year over year, while working collaboratively to determine the biggest impact in the community o Increased annual event net profits from $38,310 to $92,909 (142%) by decreasing expenses by 51% and designing new income opportunities • Developed, recommended, and monitored annual budgets: program, operations, and events o Responsibility of the full P&L• Managed grant calendar including proposals and reporting to ensure compliance with funding sources and regulatory requirements• Increased number of clients served by more than double through high school and youth serving nonprofit collaborations o Increased total amount of clients served throughout Orange County by 141% o Created collaborative partnerships with 27 youth serving organizations and 15 high schools• Supervised all programs, services, activities to ensure program objectives are met by leading a team of five• Transformed the board of directors into a governing entity
