Primary responsibility to track all facility maintenance capital expenditures (asset project details from multiple departments) and be able to report monetary status on a bi-weekly basis. Tracking included double checking validity of project details and monthly general ledger reconciliation to watch for double billings and/or other anomalies. Documented new location general construction details and payments: Included general contractor, audio/visual and project management aspects. Key member of “PO Process” Team responsible for creating and implementing a streamlined system that increased reporting effectiveness and better utilized Oracle’s Purchase Order module.
