Varying from one off sessions to advice behind the scenes to working alongside some of the people internally driving the change and facilitating several sessions, co-developing the process & adjusting that to what's happening, providing feedback to reflect etc. Sometimes a small intervention can make a big difference, as long as it is focused on what it should serve in the end. And sometimes more is needed.We do as little as we can ourselves, because it isn't about us. We help you define your own desired outcome(s) and make it concrete in terms of behaviour. We (co-)design iterative processes to work towards these desired outcomes by the people it concerns. And not unimportantly, we help you to create continuous feedback loops connecting day to day reality with your desired outcome. When relevant we reflect on patterns blocking or enabling the desired outcome/change. This makes our contributions both pragmatic and practical as well as confronting.Our clients are managers/leaders who want to work on developing their organisation. Who develop new strategies, who want to move forward even if times are tough. Clients who are not afraid to be confronted with their own part in both the unwanted and the wanted situation. Clients who want the people in their organisation to 'just do it' (Gewoon aan de slag), but don't always have the tools or position to influence this. We understand how change works. For individuals and groups of people. And mostly, we know how to influence this and collaborate on the desired outcome. Using Clean Language & systemic change as an underlying approach, and any tool or model that will help getting where you want to get. Not fighting reality, but taking on board what is. Clean, real and with the necessary systemic checks along the way.

Co-creating the narrative of the necessary and desired change within the social domain in the town of Amersfoort. After the transfer of responsibilities around a.o. youth care from the central government to local governments, these local governments need to find a way to transform the way this support and care can be provided in a better way. Better for inhabitants, professionals and more economical. Facilitating dialogues with all parties involved to share experiences and ideas, learn from and with each other in order to create movement towards a situation that is better for all parties involved: a strong and inclusive society, social networks and help and care readily available for those who need it.
