When relevant we reflect on patterns blocking or enabling the desired outcome/change. This makes our contributions both pragmatic and practical as well as confronting.Our clients are managers/leaders who want to work on developing their organisation. Who develop new strategies, who want to move forward even if times are tough. Clients who are not afraid to be confronted with their own part in both the unwanted and the wanted situation. Clients who want the people in their organisation to 'just do it' (Gewoon aan de slag), but don't always have the tools or position to influence this. We understand how change works. For individuals and groups of people. And mostly, we know how to influence this and collaborate on the desired outcome. Using Clean Language & systemic change as an underlying approach, and any tool or model that will help getting where you want to get. Not fighting reality, but taking on board what is. Clean, real and with the necessary systemic checks along the way.
