• Manage sales for CarlistBid, a bidding platform for selling used cars, Carlist360, an essential service offering car loan application, loan balance settlement, insurance, road tax, ownership transfer, runner services, and Extended Warranty.• Complete daily leads and cars supply from sales agents via calls to schedule car inspections and remind customers about inspection confirmations.• Identify potential cars and persuaded car owners to list their vehicles on CarlistBid for sale.• Work closely with inspectors to gather detailed information about car conditions for better negotiation with sellers.• Update bid offers to customers and negotiated the best prices to facilitate successful deals.• Arrange the handover process for successful deals and assist customer to ensure all necessary car documents were prepared during the car handover process.• Monitor every closed deals to ensure no pending/later document submission by customers and disbursed payments in time.• Educate customers about Carlist360 packages (i.e. car loan applications, loan balance settlements, insurance, road tax, etc.)• Follow up closely with Carlist360 customers by updating them on the progress and offering further assistance as needed.• Coordinate with colleagues responsible for loan applications and insurance to stay updated on application statuses, insurance packages, and bank payment disbursements.• Negotiate bid offers and prices with buyers (used-car dealers) to meet customers' price expectations in the absence of the team leader.• Conduct daily summary reports on bid offer results when the team leader is on leave.
