Analyzed global product ranges from North America and Europe, conducted a competitive and SWOT analysis, and presented a Business Case consolidating the range into a viable portfolio for eleven Australasian countries. Conducted consumer market research, involving blind testing of existing versus trial hand-towel product in Australia, which resulted in a cost saving of $400K. Completed production of new corporate packaging for about fifty existing hand-towel products; liaising with global marketing teams and an external legal agency as part of the New Product Development process for launch.
