With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I am the President and Estimator of R. Dugan Construction, a company that specializes in public works and commercial projects, with a strong background in contract management, project bidding, and project planning, which enables me to provide accurate and competitive estimates, manage risk and customer satisfaction. We have successfully completed multiple projects of various sizes and scopes, ranging from water treatment facilities, installation of bridges, waterways, sewer and storm drains.
