CurrentMARKETING COORDINATORDevelop strategies and tactics to boost the firm's reputation and drive qualified trafficExperiment with various organic and paid acquisition channelsLead the growth and development of progressive marketing campaigns /strategies at the firm, practice area and individual attorney levelsPrepare and monitor the marketing budget on a an annual basis and allocate funds wiselyCreate/design and/or oversee and approve the design of all advertisements for newspapers, flyers, program books and special events within the guidelines of the Rules of Professional ConductLead the planning, design and distribution of firm newsletterPlan and lead monthly marketing committee meetings Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendorsReview proposals and contracts - make marketing recommendations for firm, individual attorneys and practice areas based on strategic initiatives and budget goals Spearhead online content strategy Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsOPERATIONS SUPPORT Provide direct support to the firm's Director of OperationsMember of the firm's IT support team - Respond to and troubleshoot minor IT issues; set up of new workstations and equipment; work closely with firm's managed IT service provider to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues as needed and in a timely manner to limit interruption to daily workflowPlan and coordinate all details of on and offsite company wide parties and eventsLead and coordinate yearly company charity initiativesAssist with employee on-boarding and off-boarding Member of firm's Culture Committee - participate in the planning and implementation of company wide culture initiatives and events to create a positive work environment that motivates employees, drives employee retention, improves employee production and encourages adherence to company values.
