Leading role in establishing ICAD's Group marketing vision. We started from the ground zero back in 2012 with only one company (ICAD), and built one of the most prominent group of saudi companies today with mega projects such as the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, the Kingdom Tower, & Kudai towers in Makkah among others.During my role at ICAD, I developed a framework of brand guidelines for each of the group companies (8 in total), and created successful partnerships strategies that led to an exponential grow of 200% for each in a matter of months. I was responsible for the group’s global brand and reputation, including corporate communications, consumer marketing, social media, advertising, creative, events, customer engagement, and ICAD’s social impact work around the region managing a budget of 2M+.I also supported a myriad of functions related to business development, and worked closely with the CEO and the group' stakeholders to establish ICAD as the largest technology integrator in the region. Some functions included representing the group in government and client’s presentations, and in International events such as IFSEC, Passenger Terminal, BIG 5, Riyadh Forum in Amsterdam, London, Germany, Morocco, Saudi among others which led the group to be awarded additional projects. Recruited, trained and directed and entire sales and marketing team of 8, and initiated monthly trainings for the 4000+ group’ team members.
