I am passionate about the success of this organization and the number of lives that we have touched over the past 28 years. I have been with VIP, Inc. since 1986. As the CEO, I supervise a team of seven Directors and together we make sound decisions and implement new innovative strategies that continue to enhance employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. I report to our committed Board of Directors ensuring that each member is provided with accurate and timely information regarding the organization’s financial affairs and overall accomplishments and outcomes and additionally see that outcome information is communicated to our funding agents, donors, and the community at large. I ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards and other appropriate state and federal regulations and remain actively involved with our state association and local grassroots caucus to continue to help promote legislation that will lead to more positive employment outcomes for persons with disabilities for year to come. VIP, Inc. is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to serving persons with disabilities with employment training, job placement, and support. Through meaningful work opportunities on-site and in the community, clients are able to learn valuable job skills and achieve personal growth and independence. Established in 1986, VIP has grown to assist more than 600 individuals with disabilities annually through the support and guidance of 140 dedicated staff and an exceptional Board of Directors.
