Organization User capabilities.•Created Frontline E-Forms/Packets including Chapter 5 (PTT) and all new hire forms automating the onboarding process making it more efficient and less costly.•Create reports using Report Writer to find absences where the substitute pay code did not match the employee’s accounting code and corrected them to prevent over-payment of substitutes.•Execute bulk uploads/changes to add new employees each year, to remove substitutes from absences during the Coronavirus closure, etc.•Run comparison reports with Genesis to ensure Frontline absence balances are in sync. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.•Managed initial setup and transition to TalentEd system from Frontline Recruiting including loading of employees, locations, job categories, workflows, e-forms, documents, checklists, job posting templates, automated interview process, and development of visual User Guides for training staff.•Workers Compensation District Contact - Receive reports regarding incidents, complete/fax authorizations, follow up for paperwork and plan of action with managing company, PMA. Enter claim information into PMA system and lost time in Frontline. Track follow up visits and case updates. •In Systems 3000, enter annual budget. Create and process purchase orders.•Process Tuition Reimbursements reviewing/approving preliminary requests, calculating amount of reimbursement, collecting required final documentation, entering purchase orders in Systems 3000, and acting as main contact for all questions and concerns regarding reimbursement.•Schedule and manage applicant testing using OPAC Secretarial/Clerical software and ParaPro testing for Paraprofessionals.•Support Manager and Assistant Manager of Human Resources & Personnel Services with various tasks.
