As the CEO of an AIA award-winning construction firm for the past several years, I have negotiated, and completed successful multi-million dollar projects in the New York City metro area and Westchester County. As a Dominican, first-generation Latina woman that values community while fostering beauty rituals, I have been developing for the past three years my next venture, Manifest Holdings, Inc., a unique beauty nail polish line.My past experience comprises an early career in the luxury fashion and beauty industry, working with esteemed brands like Balenciaga North America and as the right hand and showroom manager for Zac Posen's CEO. My experiences with these unique luxury brands provided a strong foundation for my current endeavors. I then transitioned to a competitive luxury real estate management firm, formerly known as Cooper Square Realty, and today recognized as FirstService Residential.
