My work and passion meet at the intersection between psychology and business. Business success and great culture go hand in hand. Over the last 20 years, my focus has been helping many in this area tap back into themselves, connect to their power, and boost their wellness. I’ve been called in to coach, lead, facilitate, and transform the business lives of many in organisations such as Hitachi, Rolls Royce, the House of Commons, and HSBC. I work with teams, boards, and individuals, and my unique intuitive skill set helps me to help others. Since first becoming a Chartered Occupational Psychologist my unique experience now encompasses executive coaching, creating high-performing teams, building culture and collaboration as well as improving employee wellbeing and workplace performance. From my academic background and 20-plus years of experience, I bring a depth and breadth of understanding to businesses and their people.I thrive in understanding the challenges both businesses and employees face personally bringing a high level of creativity, intuition, and commitment to support clients in achieving tangible results.My passion for well-being led me to build a free resource that allows teams to manage their energy and better understand their psychology, enabling them to achieve great results while feeling good about themselves at work. I am also a volunteer verifier for Healthy Workplace London and a Yoga Teacher too! As well as this I have worked as a dog handler in a Hollywood movie.
