With many years of experience, I am familiar with supervising and providing consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training and development, budget, and labor relations.I am a member of Northwest Ohio Association of Legal Administrator and Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, riding motorcycles, and playing golf.
