We leverage a wealth of data protection compliance experience across sectors and markets, with a special focus on UK/EU GDPR, high-value/sensitive data and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

As Director of Privacy at Trace Data, I am part of a multi-disciplinary team providing data protection, information security, privacy ethics and software implementation consultancy services to a range of consumer, technology, FS, health and third sector organisations. Our engagements range from compliance 'sprints' for scale-ups to outsourced Data Protection Officer engagements, and everything in between. Data protection is a true passion, and where I spend most of my time today. However, I retain my deep interest (and select clients) in the wealth management space, having previously been Global Head of Research at WealthBriefing, along with working as a research and communications consultant for a variety of FS institutions and organisations serving the industry. My experience in client research, marketing and PR in the HNWI financial services and fintech spaces very much informs my data protection work, and I have been pleased to unite these two knowledge areas for the benefit of numerous organisations as they innovate in their data management and client work.

In addition to my role as Director of Privacy at Trace Data, I also take care of client research and content at findaWEALTHMANAGER.com, a platform which helps HNWIs find the best-matched wealth managers for their individual profile and needs. findaWEALTHMANAGER.com launched in 2012 in the UK. Since then then it has matched thousands of HNWIs with institutions and our panel of wealth managers covers every type of organisation, from the global private banking groups to specialist boutiques.

My role as Global Head of Research at WealthBriefing/Family Wealth Report, was the culmination of over a decade supporting the business needs of wealth managers and the diverse ecosystem of providers working alongside them, beginning as a wealth management journalist and progressing to research, PR and content/marketing consultancy, It was my privilege to have interviewed hundreds of HNWIs for my research and to have worked with a range of Tier 1 wealth managers, Big Four consultancies and technology firms to produce over 50 in-depth reports on subjects as diverse as optimising the client experience, women’s wealth management needs and the use cases for Artificial Intelligence. This depth and range of insight had led to me speaking at events all over the world, commenting for publications as prestigious as the Financial Times and serving as a judge in several industry awards programmes.

My consultancy work at White Marble Marketing ranges from research among wealth management marketeers to bespoke projects on brand, proposition and PR/marcomms for individual firms. Our big new project is honing Metrologis for the wealth management sector. This is a peer benchmarking solution for content marketing and social media that is already widely used by the asset management sector. We're working to give wealth managers the visibility on marketing ROI we hear they so urgently need.

Bulletin is a communications and PR consultancy for financial services firms. We are a team of former financial services journalists working for clients including wealth managers, asset managers, fund managers and other FS firms like software vendors. Our services include strategic consultancy, PR execution across both traditional and digital channels, copywriting, social media advisory and analytics and award-winning graphic design. We also have a marketing arm, allowing us to integrate above and below the line activities so they are precisely aligned with business objectives.
