My passion has always been helping people.The importance of giving back with the intent to leave the world better than I found it was instilled in me as a child, leading me to understand that we all have something important to give. This philosophy is the north star that guides every professional and personal decision. That’s why I became a banker. My grandfather was a banker and he inspired me with his stories of helping his customers achieve their dreams. Through this 20+ year career trajectory that culminated with the role of SVP & Regional Manager for the Private Bank & Personal Trust division, I honed vital leadership skills and developed a unique formula to combine sound guidance with practical tools that create meaningful change. I earned the role of trusted advisor as I assisted multi-generational clients reach personal and professional goals. I loved serving my clients, exceeding my goals, and leading a team. This expertise was a strong foundation that nurtured my strategic leadership ability, creative problem-solving skills, and business acumen. I created Impact100 to help people. I designed the model with the goal of empowering women to step into their power as philanthropists and community activists and to transform their local communities through collectively funding significant grants. Women needed to find their path to community service and philanthropy and nonprofits needed significant grants to reach their highest potential. Too many women are on the sidelines without a viable path to community service and philanthropy. The success of Impact100 has been spectacular. By the end of 2023, 70+ chapters have given away more than $140 million to worthy nonprofits in their local communities. Visiting Impact100 chapters and meeting the generous people involved is a great joy. About 50% of the women who join Impact100 have never donated $1,000 before joining. I love speaking to audiences large and small. My remarks are always designed to encourage and inspire people of all ages. As a passionate entrepreneur, innovator, and philanthropist with powerful success in both for-profit and nonprofit leadership, I provide valuable perspectives to corporate and NGO audiences alike. My demonstrated ability to execute concepts into successful reality makes my keynotes sought after for entrepreneurial gatherings of every ilk.I am relentlessly committed to my faith, my family, my friends, and my work.
