Senior Compliance Specialist• Evaluates and delivers compliant environmental services to ensure clients are following local, state, and federal agency environmental regulations.• Manages and directs environmental compliance project teams for commercial and industrial manufacturing clients across a wide variety of market sectors.• Builds project scope, cost, and deliverables, meeting stringent regulatory deadlines.• Performs reviews, audits, regulatory applicability evaluations and determinations to evaluate client’s compliance management, storm water, wastewater, and tanks.• Reviews operations, collects data, and completes required permit applications• Develops and implements required regulatory plans and procedures (SPCC, SWPPP, Emergency Contingency Plans, FRP)• Identifies permit requirements and assists in the development of compliance demonstration procedures and record keeping methods.• Conducts required environmental training services in the areas of waste management and stormwater compliance.• Completes environmental compliance reporting in the areas of: - Air Emissions (annual inventory reports, permit required documents, NESHAP compliance, Area MACT) - Hazardous Waste (determinations, special waste disposal authorizations, notifications, biennial reports) - Chemical Management (Tier II reporting, Toxic Release Inventory [TRI] Form R reports) - Stormwater Management (permit required documents, Notices of Intent)
