I have overall responsibility as Reservations Manager for all the Peach Pubs with Rooms. We have 4 at present, The Embankment in Bedford, The Rose and Crown in Warwick, The Fleece in Witney and The Richard Onslow in Cranleigh, Surrey. I am a super user trainer for all new employees who need to learn the booking system and regularly check that all procedures I have put in place in each of our pubs are adhered to and re-train where necessary.
