-Interact with external/internal customers to interpret their needs and requirements-Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion-Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support-Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions-Review incoming RFQ’s & specifications from Customers, prepare and submit quotations-Review, evaluate and communicate with customers so as to provide professional and timely responses to their enquiries (especially projects). Answer customer’s needs both offering solutions and developing new ones to realize and grow sales-Coordinate and liaise with various suppliers and departments on projects to ensure that communication and transaction are handled in the most expedient and efficient manner-Support the external sales team to manage customer relationships towards a win/win partnership-Generate monthly project reports to immediate supervisor for projects and suppliers and attend progress meetings.

-Device the project plan (material, time and quality schedules) for pumps, fittings & motor control panel installations-Coordinate with suppliers to liaise for products/services mainly to assemble motor control panels (electrical switchgear, panel accessories, VFD/Softstarter/Autotransformers etc.)-Mobilize technical teams according to the plan and guide them to install according to industry best practices and contract specifications/standards.-Handle project communications via letters, emails, and telephone/fax-Handle change requests and communicate relevant information to respective teams/divisions & authorities-Attend project review meetings and update the client-Dispatch teams for after sales activities (ie.customer complaints, Annual maintenance schedules, customer inquiries on upgrade etc)-Handle day-to-day project activities-Ensure installed equipment are within the claimed performance parameters (in terms of flow, level, efficiency, power consumption etc) by carrying out site acceptance tests.-Arrange and conduct customer training when required. (typically after the installation)
