Following the completion of my degree in MA Design Management, I started my career as a Project and Marketing Coordinator at China Design Centre, then quickly developed into the Sales and Marketing Manager of Campus Room. In 2018, I joined St James and is currently based at White City Living Development as a Senior Customer Relations manager.I am a highly driven individual with the ability to adapt different situations and learn things quickly. With work experience in various industries, I was involved in projects with a diversity of challenges. I have always managed to deliver satisfying end results on time and within budget. As my past and current employers are all focused on the business between China and the UK, I am very used to an international working environment as well as working with people from different departments and backgrounds. Being fluent in Chinese and English has allowed me to act as an intermediary both within the business and between the business and clients. Furthermore, I was given the opportunity to build and maintain the relationship with various stakeholders which has greatly contributed to the businesses.With experience in successfully planning and organising various exhibitions, study trips and marketing events, I have developed into a highly organised person with an excellent ability in coordinating others. The years of study in design has made me into a creative thinker with great problem-solving skills who is constantly seeking to make new improvement through an innovative approach.
