I trained new employees of the layout of the store and advised how to lead a customer through the sales process. This involved asking the customer their expectations and leading them throughout the store based on their price requirements.Our store received the top sales reward for the most jewelry sold in December, 2013. This resulted to be one of the top performers for the Jewelry Source in Houston, Texas.

This was a new company in wireless telephony looking to expand and acquiring additional companies in Florida. I provided oversight and project planning directives to ensure orderly and seamless integration of new company acquisitions into the business line.I oversaw and developed project plan for cell sites to be decommissioned in Florida in order to acquire additional companies throughout the country. The acquisitions allowed the customer work with only one company, Comnet Wireless and therefore saved the customer money.

This allowed business customers. to use their office phones as either mobile or landline with additional functionality not previously available to the business customer. This was promoted in the Wall Street Journal.- Received Excellence Reward for outstanding performance for Integrated Office.- Assigned lead for Nortel and cable-related issues, documentation and monthly quality reviews with Directors.- Developed test status matrix and Subjective Report for various test vendors in our lab. This final report was sent to the vendors and the Sprint executives.- Performed both inter and intra communication with teams from engineer to director level.- Lead for Time Warner and Suddenlink cable companies with Sprint to implement 911 and Operator Service Systems. Received Excellence Award for this project.- Lead for Sprint Emergency Services and the Government.

Developed and implemented company-wide critical data tracking system. Prior to application, had been an extensive manual process.Newly developed application was used by marketing, sales, facilities and development to track order process throughout the company.Mapped three company-wide billing systems resulting in new revised application, saving Logix thousands of man-hours spent compiling customer billing.
