Designed e-learning courses for AMEDD C&S,TRADOC, MC4 programs, specifically JMEWS, TMDS, AHLTA-T, and EPDHA, that encompassed the capability and functionality of the software programs. Researched and designed manuals and technical references for on the job use for various clients. Participated in the development of multimedia project plans, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. Interacted with customers, consultants and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of instructional content. Conducted analysis for a common plan of instruction and training support packages for consolidated medical training courses, with suggestions on how to handle service-specific information. Interviewing/Hiring Skills Training: Worked with client to develop a competency-based strategy for the selection and development of internal staff. Database Training: Worked with the client to develop a blended learning solution for delivering their database training and conducted the training.
