Lead a team of contract instructional designers, multimedia, and programmers while introducing Agile as a methodology for project management. • Oversee and collaborate with various internal/external government stakeholders/partners to identify training needs, design, and create instructor-led, computer-based, and virtual training using cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. • Lead and foster a collaborative development process while working closely with government and contract instructional designers, training specialists/developers, media specialists, programmers, subject matter experts, project sponsors, and project stakeholders.• Collaborate with government leaders to assess project needs with stakeholders and align on proposed learning solutions.• Collaborate with cross-functional team leads to prepare, timelines, and project briefs that are properly, resourced, communicated, and aligned with organizational goals.• Manage overall scope and project organization to ensure the team meets project requirements and stakeholder expectations.• Serve as stakeholder’s primary point of contact for issues related to product quality, project scope, and timelines, while ensuring the Instructional Design Lead is properly engaged to address any learning and development issues.• Communicate regularly to organizational leadership regarding status, progress, and delivery of work and tasks under the contract.• Partner with Instructional Design leads and be as hands-on as necessary to help rescue at-risk projects.

Lead teams of instructional designers in the design and development of courseware for a government client.

Designed eLearning products and technical manuals for Department of Defense contracts, specifically, Medical Communications for Combat Casualty Care (MC4) on their software systems used both in theater and out.

Designed e-learning courses for AMEDD C&S,TRADOC, MC4 programs, specifically JMEWS, TMDS, AHLTA-T, and EPDHA, that encompassed the capability and functionality of the software programs. Researched and designed manuals and technical references for on the job use for various clients. Participated in the development of multimedia project plans, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. Interacted with customers, consultants and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of instructional content. Conducted analysis for a common plan of instruction and training support packages for consolidated medical training courses, with suggestions on how to handle service-specific information. Conducted analysis for a common evaluation tools for the evaluation of consolidated medical training courses. Designed lessons for a large grocery retailer. Coordinated and implemented development of multimedia deliverables and products. Performed quality control checks of multimedia. Development of Scenario-based e-learning: Designed scenario-based e-learning for a very large government client, including post-assessments and 508 compliance. Conversion of ILT to Web-based training: For one of San Antonio’s largest employers, completed a web-based technology course utilizing unique user-interactions. Interviewing/Hiring Skills Training: Worked with client to develop a competency-based strategy for the selection and development of internal staff. Database Training: Worked with the client to develop a blended learning solution for delivering their database training and conducted the training.
