As the Chief Operating Officer for Clutch Logistics, Inc., I manage the business maintenance activities and operations such as bookkeeping, accounts receivables, and quality assurance. I provide essential operation training to management while overseeing HR processes with 25 direct reports. Through my accomplishment in the Company, I was granted exclusive rights in the final stage of Milpitas’ supply chain management, consisting of 80K+ consumers. Furthermore, I scaled the team by 62% and doubled revenue while lowering costs for an effectual operation. I also monitor the Company’s costs/budgets performance metrics such as on-time deliveries, shop supplies, labor, overhead, facility, etc. Most importantly, I ensure a safe and compliant workplace by driving the highest health, safety, and environmental standards.

Throughout the years, being part of Onsite Haircuts, LLC as their Director of Operations, it was my responsibility to oversee the daily operations of the Company, simultaneously managing the procedures and coaching the team. I successfully launched a full-service salon from the ground up within 3 months inside a Fortune 500 company. I managed a productive partnership with 9 of the largest Silicon Valley Corporations. Furthermore, I provided essential operation training to management while overseeing HR processes with 13 direct reports. Lastly, I published monthly sales performance metrics in order for key clients to be informed and make factual decisions.

Being part of Chase Bank as their Senior Mortgage Banker, I was able to determine numerous learnings and experiences with the Company mainly, I was the one verifying data and supported all documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Company mortgage standards. I established annual sales goals and managed personal and business unit sales plans as well as the overall strategy of Mortgage Banking in cultivating new opportunities while building existing relationships.

Acting as the Premier Mortgage Consultant, it was my primary task to attain mortgage and premium loan production goals while maintaining Company standards to funding thresholds. I provided guidance on mortgage-related products, services, and follow up from existing and potential clients. Lastly, I generated high residential mortgage lending market share, with a primary focus on the Premium Customer.

I specialized in home mortgages and providing financial counselling to clients while proactively seeking new business. I arranged meetings with potential clients and guided existing clients through the mortgage application process. Furthermore, I managed an annual pipeline in excess of the $60MM budget to ensure service standards and financial goals. I obtained and analyzed pertinent financial and credit data from high net worth clients (income in excess of $1MM). Most importantly, I facilitated prompt and efficient closing processes resulted in a productive cross-functional collaboration.

As the inhouse mortgage advisor for Alain Pinel Realtors, I guided high net worth clients through the mortgage application process. With an underwriting approval limit of $1MM, I successfully and expeditiously provided high quality professional mortgage advice while never missing a deadline. As a result, I was recognized (multiple times) as the top 10% producer in both volume and units within Wells Fargo.

I supported customers in applying for mortgages and refinances while navigating them to various mortgage products. I also maintained referral relationships with industry professionals such as real estate agents and developers. Most especially, I was able protect the bank’s interests by finding reliable loan applicants and posed only a little financial risk, simultaneously working to find the best deal for all clients by offering them a loan with good terms.

I was assigned to stay up to date on the latest mortgage products and legislation changes that may have aided in the lending process while actively self-sourcing all of my business. As a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, I actively participated in weekly meetings, as well as, events to maximize opportunity and nurture business relationships. I collaborated with clients to identify the best option based on their individual and financial resources. I also ensured that clients understood the different types of mortgages available based on their needs and provided a clear explanation about aspects like repayments before helping them with the actual application process itself.

Working at 3Com Corporation as their Global Marketing Database Specialist, I was designated in the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. I administered the global marketing database through strong vendor and operations relationship management. I even conducted national CRM training simultaneously liaising between internal marketing and external vendors.
