Honoured and fortunate to be working under Prof Ivan Png (NUS Department of Economics and NUS Business School, Strategy and Policy Department)'s research group, working on a set of projects under SPIRE (Service Productivity and Innovation Research Programme), an inter-disciplinary project for research into service productivity funded by the Social Sciences Research Council. My tasks included literature review, copyediting, data collection and fieldwork, and designing and setting up survey instruments. I was also a part-time teaching assistant for an undergraduate honors-level seminar course, BSN4811 (Innovation and Productivity).Also honored and fortunate to have been a research assistant for Prof Zhang Yan (NUS Business School, Marketing Department). My tasks included proofreading, developing and conducting online experiments on Qualtrics and MTurk/Prolific respectively.

Led a newly-established division of 20 members in planning and executing the first student-led, school-credited module on entrepreneurship, designed for students of all backgrounds, facilitating the formation of multidisciplinary teams, so as to equip and inspire the next generation of student entrepreneurs.Awarded the National Youth Council's Young Changemakers Grant.

Contributed to NES's playbook for entrepreneurs looking to start up in the Singaporean entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Participated in ACE Summer Internship 2019, under Aspire Alliance, part of Manulife Financial Advisors. Immersed in and experienced a career in financial advisory and financial planning. Certified in Capital Markets and Financial Services Examinations Modules 5, 9, 9A and HI. Engaged in a digital marketing campaign, involving researching, conceptualizing and executing a 2-week campaign, concluding with a pitch presentation to management.

Collaborated with Brigade Operations (S3) officers to accomplish operations and administrative tasks including workplan scheduling, conference secretariat work, drafting reports, preparing presentations, as well as writing for senior commanders and other published material (Army News and commemorative book). Initiated redesign of and developed improvements in the workplan scheduling system, which were subsequently implemented into the work process, improving efficiency and providing integration across brigade subunits.Successfully trained as and certified in Supply Assistant (Communications), Supply Assistant (General Equipment) and Administrative Support Assistant vocations.

Collaborated with PhD candidate in the Developmental Biology Research Group, to conduct research, as part of the Local Science Research Attachment Programme 2015, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Singapore and the National University of Singapore. We were studying the expression of genes that affect the extent of plant growth and development which has potential positive implications in food security through maximising harvest yield. Work included literature review, conducting a range of experiments and observations, cataloging and analysing results, writing and organising a report, which culminated in a scientific poster that was presented to senior management. Gave a presentation to the Department Head in the monthly research update session.
