As CEO and founding partner my responsibility was to manage and develop our day to day business in a sustainable and successful manner. I recruited, managed and coached our geographically distributed team, that grew from 5 to 18. I also handled external connections, growth strategy, financial planning and HR and was deeply involved in sales and customer relations. I reported to our board that was led by an external chairman.Also acting as consultant in our customer projects my role varied between digital strategist, intranet strategist, user researcher and project manager.Whitespace is a web agency specialized in meaningful web on the Drupal, EPiServer and Wordpress platforms, located in Malmö and Stockholm.

Headed NetRelations office in Malmö (Sweden). My responsibilities as regional manager included: sales, account management, recruitment, business strategy, leadership and marketing. The position also included participation in our national executive committee.Apart from the position as regional manager I also did consultancy work as an intranet strategist, web strategist, web analyst, project manager and workshop facilitator.

Central role in creating websites for our clients. Responsible for interpreting clients requirements, writing requirement specifications and creating concepts for our proposed solution. Clients were local and national companies and organizations. All sites used open source CMS Drupal.

Ran the project ERNST wich aims to provide websites for the member student unions of SFS (Swedish national student organisation).
