- Involve in machine commissioning (Gravure printing-(BOBST,FUJIKIKAI) Dry Lamination (Solvent based)-(Nordmeccanica, FUJIKIKAI), Extrusion lamination- Sumitomo, rewinder, slitting and bagging-Limax).- Plan, establish, coordinate (Supplier and vendor) in ensure the proper implementation of project elements and schedule.- Communicate, coordinate with purchasing, technical, QA and QC department on quality expectation.- Participate in draft, implement on department working instruction (WI)and on job training (OJT) according to the process need.-Training on the new operator to match the process need. - Participate in and manage the production team to identify and resolve issues, in order to ensure that the product conforms to specifications.- Operate, maintain, and diagnose issues with the machine and product.- Prepare, review and evaluate on Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) on the production process and equipment.-Manage on the process inventory and equipment (ink, solvent, adhesive, sleeve) to ensure the process smooth. - Safety committee member.

- Assist in draft machine operation procedure to meet the requirement under ISO 9001:2015 standard.- Assist in record and report the daily production output.
