Lead a team to work on Commerce platform services especially focusing on 1. China Commercial Marketplace, trying to speed up business grow in both M365 and Azure marketplace, realizing the goal to make Microsoft marketplace the GOTO place for B2B business. 2. Financial integration between Microsoft and 21Vianet, the China OE partner to run cloud business for Microsoft.3. Commercial Marketplace business intelligence: providing data driven business insights for various BUs.

Commerce Platform: Developing and maintaining a easily scalable and highly available e-commerce platform serving multiple lines of business including XBOX, Azure, M365, D365, Windows and etc.-- China Commerce: Leading a team to develop and maintain a set of services for China business needs especially the 3 clould: Azure, M365 and D365. Supporting both premium account channel and direct customer channel.

Commerce CPU- Catalog: a universal entry point that controls offer/product management for all Microsoft business fronts including XBOX, Azure, O365, physical goods and etc.-- Cayman: the core engine for Commerce CPU- Catalog. It strives to enable selling a diverse portfolio of products at global scale, with different business models, across multiple channels, with the ability to customize and price at a regional level. We are building services and tools that allow Microsoft businesses to “configure and manage” their e-Commerce. Also, to enable quick and convenient business data management, enabling business agility and configuring various services to enable transactions, order management, subscriptions, billing etc. to operate correctly as per business intent. Currently several large businesses like Office Commercial, Azure, Office Consumer, Windows, XBOX etc. are managed by us.

Commerce Platform: Developing and maintaining a easily scalable and highly available e-commerce platform serving multiple lines of business including XBOX, Azure, O365, and etc. -- Core Billing: Maintaining the Billing service (in cloud) for China Azure and O365 partners. This service takes care of usage rating, bill generation, payment enablement and etc. --Commerce BI: The BI systems that utilized the large amount of data on the commerce platform, using techs like Data mining to discover the potential business needs as well as find the root cause of the existing problem. --Financial Reporting Service: As Microsoft cannot sell Data service directly in China market, we need a special financial reporting service to satisfy the Auditing rule. It's a service on top of the SAP system to make data transmission between Microsoft and third party partners more secure and controllable. --Support tools: A web portal serving 20,000+ Microsoft customer support agents who use these tools to do refund, update customer info, change subscription plan and etc.
