- Completed various projects, including six major projects of Policy and Charging Rules Function with C; The products are used by communication carriers across many countries covering millions of people.- Built a tool to export all users who have registered a certain service to facilitate solving emergency problems in the production environment. - Developed functions in Provisioning Gateway of Quota Reset by time zone project independently and mentored a new hire to finish functions in Manage Process Unit.- Implemented functions independently to send alarms if pending messages exceed capacity limit. Take all the scenarios into consideration on the complicate system and finished with no bugs after deployment.- Built a tool to help colleagues collect logs on all the boards of our system in my spare time, saving almost 30% of our debug time. - Worked closely with system engineers, software developers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure the quality of work.
