StarTrack ExpressBuilt and updated a wide range of report applications and also develop and maintain the data transfer packages between different databases. The report technologies used include the SQL Server SSRS reporting service and SSAS package to create CUBE data and SAP business objects. The data transfer technology we used is mainly SQL Server SSIS package. Created and maintained a data warehouse with data from different operational databases. Multi-dimensional Cubes were also created based on the data warehouse.Developed and updated and maintain a large number of SSIS packages with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) tasks according the company’s changing business environment.A wide range of reports were successfully built with high performance and customer satisfactory and also within the time frame. The reports I built include business analysis reports and finance report for the head office and customer Life Feed Extract reports for customer and also operational reports and KPI reports for the front end operational managers and Drivers. SSRS reports we created are using store procedures we produced in the database. Successfully build a number of applications using Excel and VBA macro for different business departments.

Successfully build a property module of public housing application HIIP, which is a public housing management software for DHS of state government. This application is implemented with C#, WebService and SQL Server 2005 using latest Microsoft smart client shell technology. This application is divided into several modules, which include property, bond, client, work flow control and document management service. The front end of this application is using Winform with infragistic controls to give user the best possible user interface. This application is designed strictly according to the smart client shell technologh. The UI layer is using the modol view presenter design pattern to seperate the view part and controller(presenter) part. The presenter class controls the view from interface. The presenter class is also responsible to talk to the business service layer. The business service layer is divided into business service, business component and data access layer. The business layer and database layer are communicated using WCF webservices.This application is implemented using Agile methodology. Formal functional specification from the BA and unit testing for all the business service methods and proper documentation are implemented through out the whole development period to make sure the product is in best quality.

Successfully build a generic web application “Phoneware CBS”, which is an online telecomunication expense management software. This application is implemented by C#, Asp.Net, SQL Server 2005, and Crystal Report 10. This application is designed based on .Net architecture, which are high in cohesion and low in coupling. It also promotes the reuse of code throughout the application. This Web application is consists of•An inventory management system•A billing management system•An audit system•A budget system•A flexible data import engine•A data export engine•A powerful report engine.This export and report engine dynamically render a filter page to allow user to enter the filtering fields. Callback, delegates and asynchonous methods are used to avoid session timeout while process large import or export files. Reflection method is used to dynamically load class and method of an assembly based on the user inputs. This application also used CSS, JavaScript, XML and Xpath technologies.

An online business management system SpringBoard is developed for a mining company. This system is implemented in Java, using JSP, Servelets, JDO, and Tomcat. This system also used the Struts, Hibernate, Spring and CVS Version Control technology.

Developed an internet based Advertisement system (Shopping Guide) with Microsoft dot.Net technology. ASP.net as front tier, .Net Components were developed as middle tier using C# and ADO.net and database using MS SQL 2000. Web services also been used for Authentication. Superpay website for Aviva via www.navigator.com.au ; and https://www.optimumaccess.asteron.com.au/Content/default.asp for Promina (Tyndall).This application based on Microsoft DNA architecture. ASP, Html, JavaScript and VB as a front-end for presentation layer and VB6.0, COM components as a middle tier business object which shared by web site and desktop application and back-end is data access layer. This is a generic data access service that can connect to different database such as SQL Server 7/ 2000 or Access. XML as a standard Message plays data transfer role among Presentation, Business and Data Access layers.
