Multi-project management for connectivity chips throughout project life cycle, from initiation to the closure. Main tasks are as follows:1) Define project scope, elaborate and entire project plan, tracking and execution;2) Make project budget and have a control;3) Coordinate with stakeholders internally and externally, such as related departments (Marketing, ASIC, SW, Test, QA and Operation), suppliers and customers;4) Manage priority settings, risk and conflict handling within the project;5) Organize project meetings, summarize status and issues, and report feedback to stakeholders regularly;6) Prepare kinds of project presentations and summarize final report.

Join the daily management from the initiation of project to product pilot run.1) Analysis customer requirement, then create Project Plan and Schedule;2) Work with project team members, and cooperate with SW members, Procurement team, QA team and NPI team;3) Communicate and report to customer as necessary;4) Cooperate and negotiate with OEM factory;5) Other daily work, like insure product quality, check the project cost, identify risk, handle issues and so on.
