Over 40 years professional experience in research and production of solar cells. With achievements in several projects, especially in research on high efficient silicon and gallium arsinide solar cells (As the results, 20.4% AM1.5 efficiency on c-Si and 29.6% AM0 efficiency on GaInP/GaInAs/Ge triplejunction, the records in China at that time, were achieved in 1990 and 2006 respectively.), was honored by the Chinese central government with the title as a Specialist of Outstanding Contribution in 1994 and rewarded with the Government Special Allowance since 1992.
