1. Establish the process of project approval, product development and launch for Xiaomi's lifestyle consumer brand, Daily Elements.2. Serve as Project Manager of Xiaomi's lifestyle consumer brand, Daily Elements. Coordinate resouces of design, devolopment and market planning to achieve 35 new products launched and 85 million GMV in 2022.3. Serve as Project Manager of Xiaomiyoupin's most important channel, crowd funding and daily supplies. Manage the process of product selection, development, V&V and launch.4. Serve as Product Manager to define and organize development of Tool products.

1. Establish the progress of Pre-Sales, Product Delivery and RDE project. Act as the head of Second section of PMO Department.2. Exploit the process of Timesheet Management including deploying the timesheet system, clarifying the work authorization process and establishing the key metrics, FY, DDLPP and Revenue Efficiency.3. Establish the indicator system of operation data and dashboard. Analyze and forecast the project status. Verify the department and project KPI. Drive business based on data analyized by PMO.

1. Maintain the Operation System of Global RDE. Conduct the demand from Honeywell Global and HTSC AERO. Meet the requirement from leadership for operation and propose improvement plan.2. Identify opportunities to improve the processes. Support and analyze KPI and Metrics. Identify risks and opportunities to delivering the year end targets.3. Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and enhance the workflows of internal teams.4. Manage the project of Aerospace Flight Control Software. Use timesheet, Jira and HMR tool to manage the cost, schedule and risk. Establish the project plan and milestone.5. Exploit the process of Internal Project including the kick-off, execution, test and Billing. Establish the first round of Seed Fund, In-House Startup and Pudong Funding in 2017. Serve as PP&C role, manage in modules of cost, delivery and risk assessment system. Coordinate with development team to complete R&D Project by using Honeywell IPDS (Integrated Product Delivery and Support) process to manage projects. 6. Coordinate with Procurement Team and Finance to ensure the delivery date and Billing process.

1. Work in preliminary project work. Submit the preliminary project investigation and feasibility report.2. Collect project information and manage in different modules. (cost, technical feasibility, delivery, purchasing, etc.)3. Coordinate with different divisions to organize development, purchasing, manufacturing resource to ensure product delivery.4. According to ISO9001 instructor, assess supplier and complete sample preproduction, testing and batch production.5. Assess annual performance of suppliers by matching system and date from after-sales division. Manage suppliers' risk by identification, evaluation and planning.
