Now retired principal of a full-service paper conservation studio offering hands-on treatment, consultation, educational outreach and grant writing for galleries, museums, institutions, and private collectors throughout the US.

Initially consulted for, then was hired to establish framework and operational order for this startup project.

Served as primary administrative support and internal and external point of contact with clients, leaders, contractors from multiple offices. Assisted with budget preparation, participated in faculty appointment and promotion processes. Reorganized and streamlined Director's office, handled design, logistics and execution for all special events and meetings including LRDC's 50th anniversary gala at Phipps Conservatory.Managed logistics for a project involving ten public schools and three major institutions of higher learning. Provided content for and edited technical publications and reports, created websites and graphics to brand and promote project identity. Hired and supervised staff, prepared IRB protocols, recruited study subjects, pioneered oral history project.

Developed and oversaw all educational programming, executive business and social events. Led a delegation of educators on a study tour to Tokyo. In 2009, when the G-20 met in Pittsburgh, led the Japanese ambassador to the US on a curated tour of the city. Re-branded organization's graphics, newsletter, social media and online presence.

Selected, conserved, and conducted historical and technical research on a set of unusual Showa era Japanese prints and drawings for this grant-funded one year project. Curated culminating exhibition.

Responsible for overseeing preventive and hands-on conservation treatment of the AWM's vast archival and fine art paper collection. Supervised loan requests, prepared art for travel, educated staff, interns and public about art conservation, couriered works abroad. Developed three, multi-media exhibitions and related educational materials about Warhol's college career at Carnegie Tech and his early years as a 1950s New York City-based illustrator.
