Test results informed decisions on how to modify eBay search results to make it easier for eBay users to find relevant merchandise, thus increasing transaction volumes.Led study on impact of site speed on conversion.Consulted to eBay research lab on experimental design and analysis, predictive modeling and machine learning.

Led marketing analytics for the direct mail channel.Built advanced predictive models with the vast amount of credit bureaus data for prospect direct mail and email campaigns. The models increased the annual refinance business volume by $400 million (an increase of over 100%) and generated over $20 million incremental annual profitability.Developed consumer segmentation models to tailor direct mail product, targeting and pricing strategies. Enhanced the science of statistical testing and understanding about effectiveness of creative factors using design of experiment.Developed elasticity models and competitor market pricing models using JD Power market data and credit bureau data enabling the transition from cost-based pricing to market-based pricing. The resulting pricing optimization increased annual profitability by over $10 million.
