Ever since I was a child travelling with my family, every perfect hotel experience makes me feel unforgettable. Since then, I have been in love with the hotel industry. My greatest enthusiasm is to give those travelers a wonderful travel experience; to relax those employees who travel on business trips; and to provide help to all customers in need. I know that no service method is suitable for everyone, so I have received different forms training including: a bachelor's degree in hospitality and restaurant management from the University of Delaware, front office agent and management trainee work experience at some great Hotels like W Hotel in Guangzhou, China and, the Marriott Hotel in Newark Delaware. I have even interned as a chef at Vita nova restaurant.
