- Responsible in managing Technical program manager, and product engineering teams for the desktop board division, work closely with ODMs to provide Board & System failure analysis, Customer Support, factory output & yield management, also include product change management working closely with the Hardware RD Engineering team to manage customer issues, driving root cause with issue correction and systematic change implementation- Managing outsourcing sustaining activities with different suppliers including audit, QBR, SOW etc, work with ODM partners to ensure performance targets for Quality, HVM, Issue resolution, and material capacity/readiness are met or exceeded.

- Successfully setup the new Zune hardware development team in local China, which includes the function of Program Manager, Mechanical, Tooling, Design and Validation engineers to provide in region support to drive for efficiency on cost reduction, sustaining and product development plans- Develop goals, strategies, directions and plans for improving project lead-time, TTM and technology to meet local goals- Delivered several high profile/complex projects to support device road map

- Responsible for managing validation development and sustaining Program Managers, to provides leadership for the project teams and key interfaces to ODMs and customers; Performs program and/or project reviews and presentations for senior management; build strong partnerships with validation, PAE, Marketing teams and solve cross-functional team issues, and be the key interface between ODMs and internal groups.- Responsible for managing specific programs with the ODMs by engaging closely with the ODMs engineering team on debug status, development schedules, contract negotiations and communicating overall product status- As a key contributor to project risk management and planning / replanning efforts in the organization for the outsourcing team.

- Expanded the validation team to a new Org that consist the function from program management, validation and sustaining to full staff and all procedures in place- Responsible in managing and planning for desktop board future validation test capabilities, resources, processes, and skills to support all desktop projects validation in order to meet or ahead of project schedule without quality issues during pilot. - Responsible for Electrical Validation execution, component qualification test and debugs problems that are related to hardware issue, tracking status of issues found and driving for issues closure, documenting validation plan results, archiving them and transferring the program to sustaining - On the product sustaining sides, managing the product sustaining team that provide desktop sustaining activities that include product heath team participation, driving Engineering Change Notice activity

- Successfully setup the new Intel Shenzhen Board Validation team to full staff and facility in place- Responsible for evaluating newly designed desktop boards and new technologies and to ensure they meet Intel quality and reliability specifications before they are introduced to the market place, provide technical support in responding to customer issues.- Investigate new technologies, create validation plans, manage validation execution, perform functional test, signal analysis test, stress test, issue reporting, debug, root-cause and resolution, and direct communication with 3rd party vendors and customers. - Develop and deliver reference platforms to OEM’s and ODM’s participating in Intel’s innovation alliance.- Provide customer onsite support for HW/SW issue, as well as factory/OEMs/ODMs support for NPI, pilot and sustaining support.
