I am a Senior Business Leader and Manufacturing / Enterprise Growth Specialist, guiding the delivery of commercially-focused business and operational change for the global Manufacturing sector to strengthen profitability and capacity. My early career saw me in Managing Director roles with businesses including Ikea Asia and Bowi ApS. I then became Senior Vice President at SIA Amber before joining ScanCom do Brasil as President, in 2005, to turnaround operations in the region. I established BWT-Global in 2009 to provide advisory and interim management to global manufacturing businesses, maximising their operational and financial performance.
