Ever since I was a young kid, I’ve had a passion for selling and I love to try out new things and transforming it into something people truly value. Honesty, I’ve done this repeatedly throughout my life journey in my career or my personal life. Some succeeded and of course some failed too, but, sometimes, you just need to forget what is gone but learned what got you wrong and appreciate what still remains and look forward to what’s coming next. As I always believe, the size of the problem is nothing if compare to our ability to solve it.For my first professional career with FlexSystem 19 years ago, I was given the opportunity to lead a project implementation involving the “Technology Then” FlexAccount Financial Management System and FION a report writer designed for Accountant used with Excel to directly integrate with FlexAccount for Analysis reporting and still remain our core solution.Technology Now is a new breed system that allows processes to be defined end to end by an end-user with domain expertise and can include different types of data. Process definition is from data collection, through all process flows required by the user to reporting & visualization.Now, I put that thought and perseverance to work as a Country Manager for FlexSystem. I don’t have to create something new…but I do have to move them to my clients. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. I also consider myself a “farmer” and be sometimes spotted me at my indoor farm harvesting my microgreen crops.
