- Lead the execution of the annual infrastructure plan for the manufacturing and warehousing operation. Ensures that all production and facilities are properly maintained and operational according to design criteria / specifications across Chipsy plants.- Owns the infrastructure planning process for the operation- Oversee all planning involved in asset upgrades and new expansion/installations- Ensure all capital expenditures projects are being executed on time and within agreed to scope and performance outcome criteria- Responsible for Maintenance MOH " expenses " for equipment & buildings- Resolve common chronic problems in the operation impacting reliability of equipment, Productivity or cost- Monitor and analyze key plant performance measures as it relates to spare parts usage, downtime (due to mechanical/electrical/support equipment)- Sponsor the standardization, implementation, institution and sustainment of engineering processes, project management…- Ensure that all plant workshops are equipped to provide timely support to the operation- Develop technical specialists on team by staffing, on boarding, training and retaining high caliber talent- Assess yearly staffing requirements for the engineering team. Provides input on plant maintenance department staffing needs.- Search and re-apply proven technology or new innovation to improve productivity reduce operating cost- Develop maintenance (equipment and civil) strategic plan (5 years) to support AOP- Ensure that the Utilities are always operative and up to standards.- Coordinate with R&D in any new projects and being fully involved with them to meet their requirements.- Ensure and plan the right budget needed regarding the Maintenance Dept.- Implement PeMM system to ensure the good tracking for the preventive maintenance & equipment status- implement TPM & 5Ss for the equipment & workshops
