Cendant spun into four public companies, and I landed in the Wyndham Worldwide group. Strategic thought leader hired to drive revenue growth, enhance the company’s value proposition, reduce costs, and lower attrition across many Global Vacation Rental, Exchange, and Membership businesses. Responsible for Global Research and Development and creating and leading consumer/partner products & services for 4000 resorts and 35 vacation rental businesses across 80 countries. Led the development of a Worldwide Vacation Rental Strategy that included more than 70,000 properties.

While maintaining responsibilities for global product development, was asked to lead the Pacific region and transform this $20M operation with 250 associates and 260 affiliates for RCI. Traveled to Australia every other week for one year.
