    My desire to become mortgage-free has evolved into a full-scale renovation business, completing successful and profitable renovations as well as guiding others in tackling their own DIY projects.I draw upon my proven renovation principles to deliver a successful project every time, which include:- Identifying the type of property to suit current circumstances, i.e. house vs townhouse vs unit.- Finding a property in a desirable suburb and purchasing it at the right price.- Cosmetically renovating the property in line with a strict set budget.- Selling/renting the property at a higher market value to make a profit, aiming to net $50k–$150k.Each property presents its own challenges.
