Started as a jnr project engineer but have been moved over to the quality engineering side. Currently reviewing data books, inspect equipment (Fabricated items as well as special manufactured items), visit vendors, review invoices, do expediting of items, liaise with the client, make sure equipment is packed properly and following up on all orders.

Run with project engineer and assist him where I can.Running with my maintenance teams:-Deal with all their HR, training and commercial issues.-Run with all the job cost estimates. (Get everything discuss and approved by the client)-Keep the client happy by being the middle man between our personnel and the client.Planning and preparations of shutdowns:-Attend all pre shut meetings.-Attend validations of shutdown plan with client.-Do plant walks to verify scope of work.-Do plant walks to align all different service providers.-Do plant walks with production for couplings and safety blanking positions.-Arrange for all tool requirements from our tool manager.-Build quality control packs (QCP) and get all relevant documents.-Ensure manpower is sorted out for the shutdown.-Attend budget discussions with the client.-Ensure SHE file is approved.-Ensure that the client have ordered all the different and relevant material.Shutdown Execution:-Play the main supervisory role.-Run with quality control.-Run with all pressure tests.-Control the whole shutdown plan and make sure everything happen in time.-Assist client where ever is needed.-Attend final shutdown validations.QC department:-Ensure all excel spread sheets are in the right format.-Ensure packs are ready for handover to the client.-Ensure all personnel follow the quality control plan.
