About Werner H.

I manage most of the IT support for 3 medium sized companies. I setup and manage all network and IT infrastructure in the company of about 50 users at head office and about 20 off site employees. Some of my duties include but are not limited to: Microsoft 365 Admin centre management, Domain/DNS/DHCP server management, IIS,SQL and hyper V server management. Firewall and VPN management. Network installation and management. CCTV installation and management. SAGE Pastel and VIP payroll support is also a key responsibility. I also manage big installations for biometrics and turnstiles at large clients. I have worked with a large array of companies in professional and informal sectors and always put the user/client at ease. I understand that without proper IT management and best practices a company cannot operate successfully.
