A personal achievement was reached this year as I was ask to work on a proposal for a new product that would only be shipped to the Netherland after three long months of testing to ensure we could pass all quality checks and produce the product as well as extensive communication and external audits from the specific company in the Netherland and Anor international accreditation body. The product was approved and is now part of the company profile.

I was also asked to take over all Health and safety related issues, after determining the root cause of the high figure of injury on duty, I implemented I-zero campaign where I conducted in-house training to all staff members to ensure the risk factor and incident’s percentage started to drop. This is still an on-going project of mine.
