I am an Experienced Construction manager recently moved from South Africa to England. I have done my SMSTS course and hold a temporary red CSCS card. I have Previously worked in the residential, civil and commercial construction industry as a site manager and project manager. My last project was in the water industry where I managed the construction and commissioning of a wastewater plant as well as a water purification plant for a Main contractor the client was Department of Publick works South Africa. My duties were day to day monitoring on site, liaising with the contractors, direct employees, the client and design team. I was directly involved with costing and budget control. Staying within time frames and the cost of a project is a principle of mine. I am Microsoft office and MS Projects proficient. I am currently looking for work in the construction industry as a site manager or assistant site manager to improve my skillset in the UK.
