I was primarily engaged in software testing and technical support responsibilities, which involved troubleshooting various issues encountered by users. A significant aspect of my job involved bug reporting and escalation to QA. I tested software when bugs were encountered and documented these issues for further analysis and resolution. Additionally, I provided technical support to users, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and resolving their queries effectively.

I provided flight training to students pursuing their pilot licenses or seeking to improve their flying skills. I conducted ground and flight instruction sessions, teaching students the principles of aviation, aircraft operation, navigation, and safety procedures. Grade 3 flight instructors often work with beginner or intermediate-level students, guiding them through various manoeuvres, procedures, and emergency procedures. I assessed student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor instruction to meet individual learning needs. Additionally, I ensured adherence to aviation regulations, maintain accurate training records, and promote a culture of safety within their flight school or training organization.

As a former custom harvester, my role involved operating specialized machinery like combine harvesters, tractors and trucks to efficiently harvest crops for various farmers. I travelled from state to state during the harvest season, working long hours to ensure timely and effective crop harvesting. Calibration of equipment settings was a crucial part of my responsibilities, as it helped optimize harvest efficiency while minimizing crop damage. I took pride in my ability to understand the intricacies of different crop varieties, harvesting techniques, and the functionalities of the machinery I operated. Additionally, I was responsible for the maintenance and repair of the equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations throughout the harvest season. My dedication significantly contributed to the success of agricultural operations, helping farmers maximize their yields and profits during my time in the role.

I played a role in various stages of the winemaking process. I assisted with sorting, crushing and closely collaborated with the head wine maker to monitor fermentation and conduct quality tests. Additionally, I participated in barrel aging as well. My attention to detail contributed to the success of the winemaking team. Though I've moved on from this role, I value the experience gained in the world of winemaking.
