Started with Willscot in 2014 as a temp and had an incredible journey to where I am now. I've worked in every field as a Service Technician from installing ramps, working on our units(trailers/Conex/Flex), setting our units at customer sites or helping our customers out in the field.As I grew and gathered all these experiences I also had a chance to update and change our SWIs that we used on our floor daily with some great people. Took extensive safety training and took the lead on all things safety related and started increasing my daily tasks to help the branch achieve many initiatives. After 2 years of education and growth within the company I finally became a Lead service tech in 2021.I took the lead in capturing damages, creating work orders and updating floor plans while also leading the team in safety. I took the initiative to get as much training the company offers and with hard work and dedication I finally received a promotion in 2022 to become the Production Supervisor of our FLEX manufacturing line.Now we are producing & providing support for the entire southeast region (6 states) and one division from the west, LA. We have one of the safest plants in the entire company and we continue the push the boundaries in innovation and collaboration.
