Duties:• Aerosud had huge delivery delays on the Spirit project due to a quality improvement plan fromAirbus UK.• Went through a major recovery schedule to the new quality standards that was set by Airbus & toget delivery back to a 100%• Visited Spirit Aerosystems in Scotland, Prestwick in November 2019 for a PR (Programme Review)to work through all constrains regarding the new quality standard set by Airbus UK and maintain tothe schedule.• Build a working relationship to strengthen future opportunities.• After the Spirit Aerosystems visit a new business opportunity with SAMAD Aerospace had beenconducted at the Cranfield University at Milton Keynes, England.

Duties:• Aerosud received new contracts to manufacture A380 ramps, A320 ramps & Universal HarnessBoxes.• I was responsible to take this project through the Industrialization phase till full production ratesAND to achieve a 100% on time delivery & 100% quality.• Visited Safran Electrical & Power in France, Toulouse in April 2016 for a PR (Programme Review)to work through all constrains regarding the new A380 ramp project.• Build a working relationship to strengthen future opportunities• Visited Safran Electrical & Power in Mexico, Chihuahua in February 2018 for a PR (ProgrammeReview) to work through all constrains regarding the new A320 ramps & Universal HarnessBoxes project.• Build a working relationship to strengthen future opportunities.• Throughout these 3 years the project was established through Industrialization phase and movedover to steady state without any interventions

Visited Boeing facility in Seattle Washington in December 2011 & March 2015 for a PRA (PerformanceReadiness Assessment) to demonstrate Aerosud capacity for rate increases per the different aircraftmodels. Build a working relationship to strengthen future opportunities.Roles & Responsibilities as follows:Customer Contract Management:• Custodian of client contract documentation - keep up to date, customer file and data sets, carryout contract reviews.• Coordinate Client PRM's.• Performance consolidation with client.• Keep up to date - Customer Contract & Order Data Sets.Customer Forecasts Management:• Keep up to date – Forecasts.• Accurate forecasts loaded into Syspro (ERP System)Customer Surveys:• Obtain Customer Satisfaction Surveys, and ensure customers are satisfied with Aerosud'sPerformance.• Completed Surveys.Review Client Orders:• Review client orders to take into account capacity, scheduling, re-order lead times.• Communication of client requirements and negotiated outcome to Interface Organisations.New Product Introduction:• Facilitate new product introductions, kick off meetings, Industrialisation interface, client liaison.• KOM & CCB's.Receive and carry out RFI & RFP actions• Facilitate or carry out actions related to costing of new opportunities, hold technical reviews,pricing committees.• Pricing Committee sign-off to submit offers.Project Budgets & Forecasts:• Review and forecast project financial status, review project costs, apply journals of unwarrantedcosts.• Project Monthly cost review actions.Operational Interface:• Ensure close operational interface with operational team to collaborate on client requirementsand priorities.Project Obsolescence Management:• Review potential SOH redundancies on a continuous basis, review impact on obsolescence onpotential engineering changes.• Keep up to date redundant list, write-off / sell obsolete parts.
